Celebrated Israel's 77th Independence Day

Israel's Deputy Ambassador/Chargé d'affaires, Mrs. Yana Kotlyar-Gal, gave the welcome yesterday to a beautiful celebration of Israel's 77th Independence Day at Hotel Bristol in Oslo.  

Pastor Jan-Aage Torp came alone because Mrs. Aina had to stay home with a sick child. Several ambassadors and diplomats from other nations brought their congratulations, which shows the strength in the international support for Israel. Three members of parliament were present. A number of leaders from Christian movements and Israel organizations were also there.

In July, Mrs. Kotlyar-Gal and her husband Itamar will end their service in Norway after four years. Itamar has worked in the embassy`s administration. Pastor Torp thanked them for their remarkable service in difficult times.
