We have the legal Right to Wed

We have the legal Right to Wed Oslochurch has chosen to continue the practice for Pentecostal Churches in Norway to have the legal right to wed. Pastor Jan-Aage Torp has had the legal right to wed in Pentecostal Churches since 1985, og this has been confirmed by the Governor of Oslo.

We have chosen to continue the legal right to wed after a thorough assessment. It is no secret that we are uneasy about the Marriage Law which Parliament passed in 2009. But we choose boldly to perform weddings because we have the freedom to wed those who naturally belong within our church. The Government does not impose on us to wed homosexuals and lesbians.
